Sound Spa Day Retreat
Restore Your Balance, Recharge Your Soul.
Sunday, 19 October 2025, Hatfield
“The sound spa day was a magical reset and the perfect way to immerse in the power of sound + nature. Thank you so much!”
Whether you’re feeling disconnected, worn out, or simply in need of a reset, this day retreat invites you to give yourself the attention and care you deserve.
Do you ever say “I’m fine” when you’re actually running on empty? In the fast pace of modern life, it’s easy to lose touch with your own needs, making it harder to enjoy the moment, find balance or feel inspired. This retreat offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and nurture your well-being in a supportive environment.

This day is for you if:
You’re feeling drained, stressee or overwhelmed
