Whether you’re feeling disconnected, worn out, or simply in need of a reset, this day retreat invites you to give yourself the attention and care you deserve.

Do you ever say “I’m fine” when you’re actually running on empty? In the fast pace of modern life, it’s easy to lose touch with your own needs, making it harder to enjoy the moment, find balance or feel inspired. This retreat offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and nurture your well-being in a supportive environment.

Who is this retreat for?

This day is for you if:

  • You’re feeling drained, stressee or overwhelmed

  • You’ve been giving to everyone but yourself

  • Your nervous system feels constantly “on”

  • You’ve been craving quiet but can’t seem to find it

  • You’re drawn to sacred sound or mantra

  • You want to feel inspired and creative again

  • You’re spiritually curious or want to try something new

  • You just want to be held - by nature and community

Through a harmonious blend of immersive sound bath, restorative yoga, grounding nature walk, uplifting mantra music, and kirtan, we’ll create a space for you to soothe your nervous system, release stress, replenish your energy resources, and support your body’s natural healing process — so you can return to harmony and ease.
